Disgusting service to new clients!

I don't know what happened to Discovery's service or the lack thereof. As a former Discovery employee, I'm disgusted, to say the least. I did a quote last week with Discovery Insure as I would like to be a fully-fledged Discovery client. The gentleman informed me that he'll call me back shortly. A week later no call, no policy, nothing. This is definitely not the way to treat new clients!
