Disgusting service from Discovery Insure

I have never claimed from discovery insure before. Recently we had a serious of problem. They have not paid out any claim. Declined 2 and we still haven't heard about the 3rd which was for a stove. This is over a month. How do they expect ur to wait so long for necessity to be paid out . I have always thought discovery was a reputable firm. Totally discussed. Pay every month for what ? Would love some answers
