disgusting service from discovery

I logged a claim on 10 March- ref ********** , a month and a half later , my car has not even been started on. I have called your call centre numerous times only to be promised a call back that never comes, at it stands now, no one knows what is going with my car. the last straw is the refusal by your call centre agent to grant me he extra 30 days for the courtesy car that I pay for. I pay for 60 days courtesy car hire, explain to me why I can only get 30 days now that I need it.
