DISGUSTING SERVICE

DISGUSTING service.. I wish there was a lower rating.

Took a vehicle off my policy, they then dissolved my whole policy which they did not tell me they were doing, I only asked for my vehicle to be removed.

I found this out when I phoned about a month later to put a new vehicle on the policy to which they told me now that they are doubling the premium of almost everything on my previous policy which they cancelled.

Appalling service, spent 3 hours on the phone today trying to resolve this and still no resolution. Absolutely disgusting and useless service.

Among other issues with my service today which were terrible from 90% of the sales team, I will not recommend them at all to anyone.
