Disgusting service.

4th hello Peter and still not resolved.

I don’t think discovery takes this seriously. I’m still waiting for my dispute rejection letter to be resolved as I provided enough time.

Also I’m still waiting for my car to be returned. Have not had a car since the 13th November.

It’s been 5 months and no resolution in sight. No manager or person in management has called me. No sense of customer service in this company. It’s like the query falls on deaf ears. I don’t know if I should visit their premises.
