Disgusting Service - Choose another insurer

This is exactly why I have cancelled my policy with Discovery.

It has taken months for them to finalise my claim, and they keep making excuses why they haven't paid out the claim. In my opinion, rather select an insurance company that treats you with respect, and actually helps you out when it's time to pay out claims, instead of making all sorts of excuses.
