Disgusting service!!!!

I've never received such a disgusting service for such a minor issue, they sent me to 3 different places just for an assessment, places they work with yet don't trust, i've been waiting its almost 2 months now, only getting run arounds, wasting my fuel driving to wherever they point me to, oh and very quick to close claims with no resolution via email, they never call, i don't know how many times i called them following up on the issue and have to explain myself all over again, their customer service is non existent, rude consultant, they just don't care!!!
