dealing with a claim - consultant Gareth Simons does not respond to any emails . call centre held on for 45 minutes just to told by agent Yanga that a supervisor will call me back , its been 3 hours and no call back . claim was logged 10 Jan 2023 . daily calls to discovery insure just to be put on hold, no feedback on the app as well
