disgusting service as usual

<p>i emailed discovery insure last month several times and no one responded. i than spent 30 minutes calling them . wasting my time and money, only to be told no email is reflecting under my profile. i requested the agent to email me a blank email so i can attach the email i sent as well as the automated response i got... she promised to call me back or responde via email and guess what??? still nothing has been done. Discovery insure no longer care about customer service and have no value for theie members!!!</p>
