Disgusting Service

Claim was put through last December. Its been 5 months and the job has not been completed. Spoke to numerous supervisors and at the end of the day its the same ****py result. Consultants and supervisors are full of excuses. The service providers that Discovery have approved to do the job are useless. In the 5 months Discovery has never contacted me regarding the claim. They seem not interested in getting the claim sorted out. It is the worst service i have ever received. Would not advise anyone to join Discovery Insure.
