Disgusting service

I had just changed insurers the month before. Man am I ever so sorry I left 1st for women. To Discovery you ate nothing and mean nothing. I had been in a 4 car pile up due to a trucks brakes failing and hitting us all. I had to repeat the same things to many different people. They took their time in responding and we're unsympathetic to the event that had just occured. I escalated to Ravi, who was no different, then to Simone Rowland and Mary Ann Jansen van Rensburg. Simone was blunt and unhelpful. You feel like nothing but a worthless number to them. At no point after a bunch of emails, did either of the managers have the courtesy to pick up the phone. I am definitely contacting 1st for Women and moving back after this.
