Disgusting, pathetic treatment by discovery insur!

Very very sadly disappointed with Discovery. I made a claim. They don't give any details of whom to contact. They ask you to log in. Fair enough. But then they say my ID is invalid!!!! The same ID they have on their records! Looks like they want to escape paying up as there is no follow up calls or messages. They claim to be among the best but this giant employs *********** and poorly trained assessors and staff who don't care about their clients!!!
