Disgusting lack of Integrity and service by Discovery Insure

Discovery Insure is the absolute worst. They are as usual very quick to take money for premiums but when there is an accident then their so called "8 day turnaround" doesn't exist!!! Three weeks later and it is still not finalised and you cannot get hold of anyone. 38 mins of being left on hold while they search for "someone to help" and still not resolved. Countless requests for obscure details which have nothing to do with the actual event and STILL NOT FINALISED!! Discovery Insure you should be ashamed of yourself. Thapelo keeps promising to "finalise this claim" but never does.
