Disgusting experience

In July last year our BMW was under insurance with you and it had an issue and had to be towed from Alberton to Fourways (our home). We called discovery to organize the towing and they sent someone out from Euro Towing or something like that. The towing company had an accident on the way to delivering the BMW x5 to us and it damaged our BMW x5. After months and months of delays this has still not been resolved and the other insurer Old Mutual finally did an appraisal end of November 2019 and had agreed to pay the amount to me to fix the vehicle myself. I still have not received any compensation and still cannot drive the vehicle after 6 months. Please can you take action against the towing company as I have lost money due to not being able to drive the car and it still isn’t running. Supposedly the insurer has paid the money to the towing company (minus the excess) but he has not paid the money to me as was agreed with the insurer. The towing company owner also has been exceptionally rude and threatening which is not acceptable as Discovery are responsible for his actions.

I am now being told that discovery from a person called Leon that they are a 3rd party and not willing to fix my vehicle.
