Disgusting Discovery Insure

12 Feb 2024 at 11:32 I wrote a compliant about the lying and inconsiderate Discovery Insure about a problem that is more that 5 months old with an update to that query written on the 12 Feb 2024. I received a standard response on this platform that Discovery will respond privately to me. I say standard because this is what they are accustomed to do and never get back. I am being prejudiced by not getting the contractual benefit as a result of their incompetence while promises of manual recompense updates that was promised and not fulfilled. As mentioned previously, Managers in that department are glorified human beings that does absolutely nothing to assist in resolving queries yet earn fat salaries just for the title!! They are like cabinet Ministers that does absolutely nothing but wants to be rewarded
