Disgusting and unprofessional services.
Had a car accident in April, the repair took over 6 weeks to happen. I have now paid the panel beater over two months ago the excess. The job wasn't fully completed, windscreen wiped weren't replaced and they chipped the rim. I informed discovery of this immediately and yet nothing had been done!
I have brokers that don't care and the insure call centre don't care or even respond to your complaint via email.
The wipers won't work this up and coming raining season and it's a risk to my family driving without proper wipers!
Absolute shame, you have lost a client!
