Disgusting and disappointing service from Discovery Insure.

I lodged a vehicle accident claim with Discovery Insure on the 4th Feb 2019. Nearly two and a half weeks later and the claim is still not resolved. Discovery keeps coming up with lame excuses to drag its heels. Now they are trying to find a way to increase my excess amount. Meanwhile, it is 20 Feb 2019. I am still driving a battered car and wasting time trying to resolve what should have been a very simple claim. Extremely disappointing service from Discovery Insure.
