Disgusting and appalling service

Discovery Insure is the most appalling company I have ever been a client of.

I lodged a claim for an high value item my wife's wedding ring that was ****** in December 2019.

Discovery Insure then review my entire claim history and query a claim lodged in April 2017, which was settled and paid for. They claim that the information provided in that claim for 2017 was misrepresented and as such they will be rejecting my claim for the wedding ring.

I only presented the facts yet to avoid paying a large claim they tried to insinuate that I did not act in good faith in 2017. If they believe so then why did they settle the claim in 2017.

Please steer clear of Discovery Insure, they are the predatory insurers who only want your premiums and will do anything not to settle your claim,
