Disgusted with Discovery insure pathetic service

I have been with discovery insure for 3 years however I am terribly disappointed by the service I received last week, I decided mid December to change over to outsurance which I informed discovery and was told I'd be covered until the end of the month as I pay a month in advance like everyone else... On Monday the 30th of December my Tyre was damaged by a pothole as I was driving and I could not put on the spare so I called roadside assistance to my dismay I was informed that no one can help me as I canceled my insurance with them! How pathetic.. As I still had to be covered until 31st December 2019 until 23.59! So God forbid I had been in an accident I wouldn't have been covered absolutely disgusted by this
