DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE
I AM SOOOO MAD DONT EVEN WANT MY CHILD TO MENTION THE WORD DISCOVERY. I was forced to return a car rental today whereas it is their fault that my car is not fixed after 30 days I submitted my claim. I requested a car rental extension since the delay is caused by them Khumo ( a guy I spoke with) this morning promised to liaise with his superior and Precious will get back to me within 2 hours. They never called back. I had to return the only means of transport we have. My kids have to go to school , I have to go to work I expressed my frustration but they did not care. To think that I convinced my friends and colleagues to take their insurance....I an sooooo ****ed. No communication, no feedback no nothing

29 Apr 2021, 16:06After writing the above review was hoping something constructive will come up instead am being mislead by Black Diamond Panel Beaters. Still without a car, car rental taken away relying on Uber and my kids as well. I am sooo deeply hurt, am trying to understand why am being **** to and mislead. This is not fair at all. I am taking this further????????
