Disgusted by Discovery Insure Service!

I'm actually at a loss for words when I think about the service that has been rendered to me by Discovery Insure. When I see the number of complaints written on this site about Discovery Insure, I regret ever making that call to join. Why is Discovery happy to debit client's accounts every month and when it is time to claim, they literally run away. The consultants nor the managers just couldn't care less. It's absolutely unacceptable. I have called the panel beater where my vehicle is and they've confirmed that a week later, they've heard nothing from Discovery. I have given them an instruction to fix the vehicle for my own account. I'm really tired of chasing Discovery. I have cancelled my policy with them and warn anyone who is considering joining them. I want nothing to do with this mickey mouse insurance.
