Disgusted at Discovery Insure!

Discovery Insure, please explain why you people go ahead and activate insurance for customers without Authorization?! I had just asked for a quote, I did not sign anything, I don't have anything to Insure, yet, I get insurance activated! For what? This is a great example of theft!!! I would have taken my insurance out with you but I'm starting to second guess this!
