Disgusted!!!!

Assistance or lack there off received from fundiswa Lozano and Amanda mroleli. Disgusting service received. Cash back off 300 supposed to have been received in June July and August not received and they are telling me I now forfeit it should i cancel the policy end August as it is inactive but it was active at the time it should have been paid and in addition to this it was never paid as they forgot to capture something which cancelled the cashback. Also they advised come August we could look at the premium again and now they cannot . Honestly can they just keep their word on something. I am looking at other insurers, if you cannot keep your word on such little things how are you going to keep your word when the day comes that I need to put in a claim!
