Disgraceful Discovery Insurance

Disgraceful. I would never use Discovery insurance. My wife’s car was reversed into by a lady that is insured by Discovery … my wife had to do a 3rd party claim through discovery (this ladies insurance) after she was at Hi-Q they gave her a report and then she was sent to an accessor who did a visual inspection and basically after the final assessment she was told they would only repair one side! Which is bizarre so if you were hit in an accident on the right and went into a tree on the left they would only repair the right side? This has been going on for 2 months now and she was told that she isn’t a priority at this time of the year as a 3rd party claimant and she will just have to wait. In the meantime my wife is 4 months pregnant and we have a 2 year old has to drive in an unsafe car because discovery insurance says she isn’t a priority. But I’m sure they want their money every month for the insurance policy but when it comes to holding their end of the service it’s an issue! What a disgusting attitude of a supposed reputable company. Shame on them! I will advise everyone I encounter to never use discovery. I can tell you SANTAM would never do this!
