DISGRACEFUL discovery

I reported an accident and claim for a third party on 26 February 2018. My own vehicle had no damaged but I requested that discovery action the third party's claim. After two weeks they phoned me to book an assessment on my vehicle. I AGAIN explained to them there was no damage/claim for MY vehicle but only for the third party. To date they have still not assisted the third party claimer. Her broker sends email after email but receives no response.
