Disgrace
Worst service. I initially thought of Discovery insure as a professional company and that I have other products with Discovery but after this experience, I really want nothing to do with them. All that I want from them is repair of my car that was bumped by their client. This discovery insure is *****ing the company Discovery.

14 Mar 2023, 11:00Worst company ever. They don't keep their promises at all. It's a week since the matter was escalated. They really don't care about customers. I'll never recommend them to anyone. As for Mothapelo I don't think she exists at all, does not answer the emails.
