Natasja Badenhorst, who works at the claims department has been an absolute joy. Soon after the JHB storms October last year she has been dealing with my claim. Not only did I get very good personal service, there was a genuine interest and attempt to help us. And help us they did!!! Discovery have been amazing. They even went beyond what is expected, with particular references to the water in our pool which was contaminated by storm water. Discovery paid for that too!! This is unprecedented in the industry.
