Discriminatory decisions during lockdown

I am disappointed by the fact that Discovery Insure is offering 25% discount to policy holders who drive less than 250km per month. What logic was app**** to this decision? Even though the traffic on the roads is more than 25% less than what it used to be reducing the risk of damage/write-off, no discount is given to policy holders that need to commute to work. I did not sign up for an insurance policy that discriminates against certain policy holders depending on what decision their employer has taken during lockdown.
