I was on the way to a meeting. I realized I had a flat tire and called Discovery Insure. I called and got through to a lovely gentleman call Mphoza who assisted me. Within 30 minutes the dispatchers had arrived to change the tire. While waiting there was constant communicating and updating on where the dispatchers were and how long they would take to get there.
