Discovery's Poor Service
I'm here again for the 4th time, still without a vehicle for 60 days now and my issue is not taken seriously. Nobody knows when my car will be done, I stayed in Durban the whole 2 weeks thinking my car will be fixed and travel with it back to JHB. They promised to have is fixed by Wednesday(14/08/2024), when I call them today they say they cant say when it will be fixed. I've been wanting to speak with managers at Discovery and nobody is willing to talk to me. I'm currently holding for over 12mins on a call right now....it will eventually be dropped. WHAT MUST I DO???

14 Aug 2024, 10:09You always respond quickly, are you a robot? because nothing you have mentioned in the 5 prevous posts has been done. This is the 5th time you're saying the samething. You don't even have a courtesy to even do a followup yourself. Your responses make no difference to my situation.
