Discovery's mistake is their reason to reject a claim and speaking to a call center that uses frustration tactics to not deal with issues.

My claim was rejected on a technical issue. Discovery did not inspect my car when I insured it with them, and at the time of the claim, Discovery said that if they did what they were supposed to they would not have insured my car and therefore reject my claim and removed me from their insurance. As part of this process Discovery towed my and now because my claim was rejected to tow my car back to where they got it from is now for my account. When phoning Discovery to resolve this the call center passed me around a few times and then put me on hold indefinitely. When phoning again the line will just go dead. I asked if I could report my car as ****** and Discovery said that's fine go ahead.
