Discoveryou insure poor service

It's been 2 months now and I still don't have my vehicle back from Discovery panelbeaters. I have requested for a claim. On car door to be fixed , discover consultants then put through the wrong claim to the panelbeater of which Discovery consultants said claim was rejected as its less than excess amount .I was shocked when I had received a call from panelbeater asking me why damage on my door was not fixed when I have requested door to fixed and not the bumper claim that was rejected as per consultant from Discovery. Discovery are now disputing they have not done anything of the above and I am liable to pay excess of claim I have not in the first place have requested to be fixed. There consultants are the most useless ever I have called Discovery on so many occasions and every time I get different stories from different consultants. I have requested to speak to a claims manager on 2nd of may already and to this date no one has called me back. Instead I was given an false name of anew claims manager that does not even exist in the department.
