Was in an accident 22 September. Only received the rejection of my claim this past wednesday. This after they have they had invaded my life and made me submit everything shot of a blood sample.

I have been chasing them for week to try and find out what the staus of my claim, only to find out that they have been looking for any possible loop hole to reject my claim. i am now sure they never had any intention of paying out on my claim and i will not rest till this matter is sorted out. ****** ****** say i did not reavel important details regarding my previous claims to them when i tookout my policy.

They refuse to give me the tapes of the original conversation to prove their claims and i know for sure there is no such, in fact what new evidencce is there that they did not have when i took out my policy. Rule of thumb with insurance is that your premium is determined based on your previous claim information whith automatically pops up when you take out a policy, for crying out loud, these people had my ID number from the begginning.

Now that, i submitted a claim they come up with this? To make matters worse they have now removed my car from the accredited BMW panelbeaters and taken it to some warehouse without letting me know. Till today i do not know where my car is and the assessor promised to send me this 5 days ago.

Today, is 7 weeks and two days later my matternis still not resolve, even worse i do not even know where my damaged car is.

What a Wow, i still cant belive tis is happening to me, to think that i actually held this brand to such high esteem.
