DiscoveryInsure and CTrack
I have been having problems that my rewards are not being awarded, roads on the CTrack system that Discovery Insure uses are being shown with the incorrect speed limits, not being updated when the road speed limit has been updated, If you drive in one direction it is one speed limit and if you drive in the other direction on the same road they apply different speed limit. (I Have proof with photos). I have phoned my broker on numerous occasions complaining about incorrect information and have had very little concise feedback. Certain roads indicate that them limit is 0kph????? Points that have been falsely deducted have not been returned. Unhappy client.

18 Oct 2021, 19:36I had a reply from Discovery that they will do a "deep dive" into my profile and since then have heard nothing. The points that were incorrectly deducted have not been reversed and I have had no further feedback. I am considering changing insurance companies, as what is meant to be good for their bottom end, is not good for my health, as my stress levels go up every time I go look at my profile. Very unhappy client.
