Discovery/DQ tracker poor service.

I had a vehicle insurance with discovey and DQ tracker. I cancelled the insurance i march and has a tracker removal appointment for the 23 and no one every cane nor called, i called again had another appointment set and the guy called me saying its raining he will only come if i have shelter and while i was responding he said i must make another appointment with discovery and hanged up and never answered the phone again, i called for 2days no answer.

I will not pay for tracker that i have arranging for removal calling at my expense but not getting assistance, i want to out in a reliable affordable tracker and discovery is no delaying me.

Please do not respond in private discovery always lies and say they are responding in private and never respond.
