I could not start my vehicle and contacted Discovery Insure, their "Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist (Recovery)." The call was answered by Mpho Phokanoka, who assisted me by organising a service provider to come to my home, check the battery (which was dead) and he was able to immediately replace it with a new one. Excellent service. Thank you
