Had an issue with our gate lock. Spoke to Willie Scholtz from Insure 24, at around 3pm. A locksmith cam. Our issue was resolved by 5pm. Willie called me twice in those 2 hours to let me know that the locksmith was on his way and to confirm if I was satisfied that the issue was resolved. This is beyond first-world service!
