Exceptional service from Discovery Insure. Had a blocked drain and called them to log a claim. The process was effortless and took a total of 45 minutes from logging a claim to having my drain unblocked! our claim handler was Jolene Scholtz and she was wonderful! the plumbers arrived within 15 minutes of Jolene putting the phone down. Another 15 minutes the job was done. Joelene even called me after to find out whether the plumbers arrived and whether I was satisfied with the service. The Home assist is an awesome addition to the household cover.#DiscoveryDidGood
