My car went in for service less than 2 weeks ago and yesterday just died in the middle of the road. It would not start at all after several attempts. All this in the middle of a thunderstorm. I called Discovery Insure and was swiftly assisted by Zubaid Joseph. He ascertained that I was a woman alone in the car and immediately dispatched a security guard to ensure my safety while I waited for a tow truck to assist me. He called every few minutes to update me and made sure all was on track. He also gave me a courtesy call once I was home to make sure I was safe. This is what you call excellent service.
