It was a very pleasant surprise to receive an early-morning call from MPHO MAMAREGANE of Discovery Insure, to update me on my recent claim. What a grounded and thorough representative of his firm! A brief explanation for his call, a double check as to what my problem had been (to establish authenticity with the supplier's description), and this professional, polite and knowledgeable gentleman was able to sort out my claim. It has gone through without any hitches, for which I am most thankful. Well done, Mpho!

The efficiency and speed with which my claim was handled, and in such a friendly yet professional way, really was impressive. Within a week, my claim was processed. I am very glad - and most satisfied - that I am covered by such an insurer as Discovery! Well done, Lebogang.
