I was impressed with Hloni Mokoena, who answered my plea after receiving an annual anniversary letter from Discovery for my car insurance. With my vehicle about to be 6 years old in the new year, I was shocked to be hit with a 11% annual increase, resulting in my new premium exceed R2400 per month. After chatting to Hloni, he put my mind at ease, oozed professionalism and then went on to review and reduce my premium. I am satisfied with the result and Discovery has successfully retained my full business interest again.
