I had problems with my car today and was stuck en route to work. I called Discovery insure 24 hour roadside assist and my call was answered by Mphumelelo Khoza. He was very helpful, friendly and proffesional. He immediately assured me that he will sent out a tow truck to assist me. After the call I received a message informing me which company they have assigned. Sbu Kolondiya called me after about 30 minutes to follow-up and I assured him that the towing company are already busy loading the car. The service was exceptional. Thanks for the assistance, you are the best.
