Willie Scholtz from Discovery Insure (emergency services department), handled my Claim Assessment for a burst geyser this morning - he was very helpful & expedient.

The required admin process (assessment & claims approval) to follow, was somewhat tedious and frustrating though...

Thankfully, by close of day I have received an "approved claim" status.

On the downside, the actual problem (of replacing the geyser and subsequently switching the water supply back on) has not been attended to yet, so we won't be able to shower, brush teeth, or flush the toilet for today and tonight 🙄🙁... maybe tomorrow?
