Had a bit of an issue with my debit order collection which caused some back and forth until I was finally transferred to Thabang Mpyana in the Retentions team at Discovery Insure. He was able to clearly explain what the issue was, he even explained why some of the other consultants might’ve misunderstood the information and what we can do to solve it. Within minutes the matter was completely resolved. He definitely knows what he’s doing and demonstrated an elevated level of understanding of his work
