Discovery Young Adult Benefits Rewards Payout

I was promised my Young Adult Benefits Rewards Payout for last year this week but to this day I have not received anything, I had a similar experience last year where I had to wait over a month just for money that they promised me in an email to be received the month before. At the beginning of this year I received an email saying that I will receive it in March and I even followed up with them last week to ask when I will receive my money and they said this week, but still nothing and I email and I don't get any replies. why must we beg for money that they promise us? Do they really enjoy making people beg? Do they earn interest off other people's money or something? If a company promises a customer money they must deliver on their promise as at the end of the day the email came from their company.
