Discovery Worst home insurance
None of my approved claim’s except for where I’ve had to escalate has been resolved. Recurring issues and more damage caused to my house as a result. No response from Discovery on my emails or complaints. Worst home insurance I’ve had.

05 Jul 2023, 12:28Hi Discovery Insure, there are older claims that have still not been resolved. The current claim is also linked to an older claim where Discovery could not even send out a proper leak detector.

05 Jul 2023, 16:41Still no reply on all the unresolved claims. Please have a relationship manager from your executive division contact me. I would like to finalize everything so that I can move to a different insurance supplier as I currently do not feel secure under Discovery Insurance
