Discovery wont pay for damages caused by their C-Track device

My vehicle had 2 tracking devices installed. One from Discovery and the other from Tracker. For the past 2 years I have been complaining about the eco-start-stop that wasn't working. In December 2016, the Mercedes benz delearship asked me to remove the tracking device from the vehicle, so I decided to remove the Tracker device. There after the delearship installed a new car battery. 3 months later (February-March 2017) my vehicle's eco-start stop functionality is giving issues again. The delearship then investigated and found that the C-Track (company that Discovery outsources the tracking device to) device was causing my car battery to drain and they adviced that a new battery needs to be installed and the maintenenace wouldn't cover it as the C-Track device was a 3rd party device. Thereafter I called Discovery to get them to test their device. After numerous calls on a daily basis, they sent someone a week later to test their device. C-Track's technician informed the dealership that the battery in their tracking device was blown up and was drawing power directly from my cars battery. Second to this, C Tracks technician also informed the delearship that the device was incorrectly installed after which they installed correctly. I then received C-Track's report which contradicts their findings by saying that their device didn't damage my car battery and it further went to say that the dealership removed the device from the vehicle before they arrived and that they were not liable for any of the damages. I then called Discovery to informed them that the report didnt detail that the device was incorrectly installed and devices internal battery was damaged. A week later, Discovery then sent out a 2nd technician to the delearship that get further readings on the device and the 1st technician was incompent to do his job correctly. Now that the device was correctly installed by the 1st technician, they tested the unit and validated that the device is pulling the correct amount of power. Discovery has now informed me that they and C-Track are not liable for any of the damaged that they caused to my vehicle which is unacceptable taking into account that it was incorrectly installed to begin with and their device had a faulty battery. I am truely disgussted by Discovery's service as I had to keep phoning them for feedback even though I was assured that they would keep me informed. Discovery put me in a situation whereby this issue was caused by their device and they didnt want to own up to their mistake.
