Discovery won’t fix my car

I’m a very unhappy Discovery Insure Client at the moment I purchased my car 2nd hand and the previous owner did disclose that it was in a minor accident and it got fix, right when I bought the car there were no visible damages

As I was already with Discovery Insure with my current car, I added this one and I took it for inspection with Tiger wheel and it passed inspection without indicating any damages on the body

Unfortunately I went home in August 2021 and had an accident where I hit one of the speed bump and a nearby pole, reported the accident to Discovery via the app, claim was accepted and authorized to fix the car given

I took my car to the panelbeater as arranged by Discovery, and it spend a week there, to my surprise when I fetched the car on Friday the car was not fixed and only the spoiler replaced, the panelbeater told me that they couldn’t fix the damages as my car was previously repaired and they don’t work on previously repaired work. I reported this to Discovery with no help from Nompumelelo Siningwa

I asked them how can they say my car was previously repaired therefore they will not fix it, why am I paying for insurance, what are my future options,

When i bought the car there were no visible damages and same when I took it for inspection, but the net asses people are saying the damages are from previously damages and previously repaired

Discovery please help me, I’m happy with insuring with you guys as I’m not intending to move my insurance anywhere because I have so many things and investment with Discovery, it means I would have to move my whole life, hence I prefer to have all my things under one roof

I had written numerous emails to Nompumelelo with no acknowledgment nor response or answering any of my questions, today I called and spoke to Thato who promised to ask Nompumelelo to call me, nothing still.

What am I supposed to do Discovery, I’m sitting with a damaged car yet paying insurance religiously
