Discovery will dissapoint you in time of need

Dont insure your goods at discovery insure!!!! . I purchased an offroad motorcycle and had it insured at discovery. I took the motorcycle for its regular service and i obtain the receipt where nothing was noted and all was in order. I took the bike out for a good run and while riding a rocky surface with minor rocks and stones i heard a bang from under the bike and just drove to get over the surface when suddenly my bike lost power, i stopped and noticed a oil leak from under the bike and noted that a rock hit the sump plug skew and tore the plug half way out of the casing. I then took the bike to a certified bike dealer and they gave me a qoute to repair the bike so i then submitted a claim at discovery. They sent out a first assessor that was clueless in saying he noted the plug went into the conrod and seized the engine which was not the case so they sent out a second assessor which came back with a report of wear and tear and that the plug pulled out due to a helicoil that that was not good quality. The bike does not have a helicoil inserted.. I then was in the dark for 3 days only to find out from the bike shop they collected my bike and took it to a salvage yard without my consent. I then emailed my broker which stood by my all the way in this fight which is still not resolved from discovery. We are still in the dark and no feedback as to why they took my bike or the location of my bike, the claim got rejected due to wear and tear according to the assessors that dont have a clue what they are doing there.... This has now been a 3 week battle and fight with discovery and still no answer or feedback.. I am totally dissapointed with discovery and to this point very frustrated.
