Discovery.... What a disappointment !!!!

I am beyond disappointed in Discovery. Almost a year ago we submitted our 3rd party claim (Claim number ***) whereby one of their clients drove into us and completely wrote off our car. Up to today we are struggling to get answers out of Discovery while we have to suffer the loss. One of the representatives just don't bother to reply any of my mails. This is now the lady who was selected by Discovery to handle our claim. I would never had thought that this is the way Discovery operates. Very very disappointing. Morkel van Wyk ***
